Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the limited rights granted hereunder, Talarian (or its licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Service, including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights or other proprietary rights which exist in the Service ( “Our Technology”).
